JOB DESCRIPTION: REPAIRS OVERVIEW: We are a frontline support team for various type of equipments. We also provide third- party repair service center for many local dealers too. Our core specialty is guitar amp repair, with high success rates in recovery turnover. We fix both tube amp and transistor amp too. Our chief repair engineer have hands on electronics service experience of more than 15yrs. You can be assured that your equipment sent to us will be free from shoddy reassembly work before return. To help us repair your equipment to our best possible efforts, we need you to provide us with ample information on usage, prior condition and event leading to failure. Every equipment is built differently, and some have better recovery rates than others. Some equipment also have earlier end-of-life condition depending on usage factor. We believe in charging our customers a reasonable fee for their repairs, thus we wish our customers have a reasonable expectation on the job done. Service charges will vary with every job, thus there is no fixed amount we will charge for any job. We normally will tell our customers our estimation, so within the value we will carry out the repair job without inform. If repair charge is above our estimation, we will ask for repair approval from the customer before job is carried out. There will no further price negotiation after job approval is given. |
